Today's Harvest

So much yummy stuff in the garden at the moment. This morning picked some beetroot and radishes and made a really yum carrot, cucumber, beetroot and raddish juice.

Then picked a whole lot more zuchinis and cherry tomatoes, although most of the tomatoes got eaten before they made it back to the kitchen.

...and some fennel and the last leek.

Oh, for some fresh garden veggies - none here with snow on the ground.

Yes, it's looking good at the moment but it's been hard keeping water up to it. We haven't had any real rain for months, hopefully those Summer storms come soon.

Picking vegetables seems like a million years ago now when the sun was shining and the days were long and warm! It cheered me up to see your delights, thank you xxx
