Banana and Almond Pancakes
Another new recipe that contains no gluten or dairy products for those of us with sensitive tummies.
First you get a really cute toddler to help mash two bananas.
Then mix in a large egg, a pinch of cinamon and about a cup of Almond meal (I grind my almonds in a blender so the meal is not as smooth as the pre-packaged almond meal from the shops).
Fry as for normal pancakes but on a lower temperature so they set harder.
Serve with a dollop of honey and scoff!

Can I "borrow" your toddler to mash my banana's? ;]
sounds yum I might just have to try that myself :)
Yummo
that sounds wonderful, shame I dont have a cute toddler anymore, I wonder if it would be as nice with a cute 7yo- :)
Nice one. Lucky you, your toddler let's you use noisy machines! It's months between vacuums here. All cakes are hand beaten, and the stick blender gets used when I get mr messyfish to take him outside!
I want to ask you a question. But can't find your email address. Can you email me at messy_fish@yahoo.com.au please?
