I spent most of the last two weeks getting our spare room fixed up so I can rent it out.
It was a real mess. Filled with rubbish, leaks in the roof,
holes in the floor and walls.
But a bit of cleaning and some re-roofing, with Peaces help, some floor patching and a lick of paint.
It is looking much better!
Now hopefully I can find a tenant before I go away. And someone to house sit.
